Payroll Tax Coordinator Specialist needs 3-5 years continuous full-time payroll tax experience working with multiple EINs, multi-state US, Puerto Rico and Canada payroll taxes.
Payroll Tax Coordinator Specialist requires:
Hybrid - Only in the office on Wednesday's and the other days during the week are working remotely
Functional knowledge of internal controls and compliance protocols.
Payroll tax regulations at Federal, State, Province and Local levels; ADP GlobalView, SmartCompliance & Reporting Tools; Microsoft Excel with strong skills in V-Lookup & Pivot Tables, Word, and Power Point
Ability to research, analyze and provide recommendations to tax tickets
Payroll Tax Coordinator Specialist duties:
Compliance with all federal, state, province and local tax regulations for US, Puerto Rico & Canada
Analyze and reconcile tax accounts on a monthly basis comparing to the quarterly balancing reports working to identify and resolve variances
Process tax setups related to VISAs & EADs
Process employee tax setups for local, school district and LST taxes, as needed
Provide support during Payroll processing for tax errors & issues
Support internal and external audits
