Temp Admin Assistant needs 2+ years’ experience

Temp Admin Assistant requires:

• Administrative assisting experience

• Solid experience of filing and creating spreadsheets.

• Attention to detail, it is required to enter information into data base.

• Teamwork and collaboration

• Proficiency in MS Office suit

• Ability to lift and move around boxes containing documents..

Temp Admin Assistant duties:

• Review a large amount of HR files to determine if they can be destroyed or retained per our policy retention policy.

• Document HR files completing our internal trackers (Excel spreadsheets

• Organize files to be shipped to external vendor for scanning or destruction.
