Temp Admin Clerk needs 2 years’ administrative experience

Temp Admin Clerk requires:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must know how to save documents, create/move folders, rename files, experience with Word/Excel (setting redlines, formatting, headers/footers, copy & paste), email attachments, etc.

• MS Office savvy

• Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

• Hybrid, with two days a week in the office per company policy

• 1-2 months

Temp Admin Clerk duties:

• Create Master Word Versions

• Review and update policy forms to ensure the form is fully complete and accurate and matches document contents.

• Make Redline Edits to policies and procedures
