Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst needs 6 years of professional experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support or as a super user or auditor preferred

Senior Business Analyst requires:

• hybrid in Woburn, MA or Cary, NC office ( Tues- Thurs in office and M/F from home)

• Six years of experience bringing robust, scalable Salesforce solutions to market require

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications, including cloud solutions preferred

• Experience working with native Salesforce reporting as well as external reporting systems preferred

• Experience with data mapping and data migration strongly preferred

• Certified Business Analysis Professional or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis certification preferred.

• Experience in tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate preferred.

• • Approximately 15% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.

Senior Business Analyst duties:

• Provide forward-thinking vision to collaboratively design cross-functional processes and solutions to global business challenges.

• Present flexible, scalable, and supportable options to stakeholders and help them vet alternatives that support project and business objectives.

• Proactively identify ways by which IT can add value to business teams to provide thought leadership and improve processes and effectively communicate them to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with, and facilitate communication between, IT and business partners to drive change.
