Transition Project Mgr

Transition Project Mgr needs contract agreement experience and 5 years

Configuration Analyst/Administrator requires: Project

• Oversight and understanding of Commissioning, Risk Management, IT, Quality, Energy, Safety, Finance, CMMS, Call Center, and Training

• Project management

Configuration Analyst/Administrator duties:

• Manages the Pre-Substantial Completion portions of the approved Document Repository.

• Manages projects associated with the Design Builder and/or supplemental works as assigned.

• Manages the State of Good Repair (SOGR) and other pre-substantial completion documentation.

• Assists with the development of service contracts for future assets.

• Development of processes, manuals, SOP’s and MOPs for future assets and works.

• Performs other job-related duties as requested.
