Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service needs 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience

Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service requires:

 High School diploma or GED

 A minimum of 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience

 Excellent communication skills

 Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software

 Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.

 Monday - Friday. Eight (8) hour shifts between the hours of 7:55 AM - 5:00 PM.

 Overtime may be required

Bilingual Spanish/Eng Customer Service duties:

 Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures\

 Answers questions regarding child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories.

 Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.

 Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls

 Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
