Construction Sales Rep needs 2+ years’ experience

Construction Sales Rep requires:

• HVAC/construction industry with sales

• Onsite

• Knowledge of Building Systems, strong

• Excellent attendance record

• Ability to learn quickly

• Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

• Customer relations, presentations, and sales motivation

• Strong keyboarding and typing skills

• Marketing, or technical field preferred

Construction Sales Rep duties:

• Primary point of contact for a Sales Manager

• Support the complete lifecycle such as participating in development of bids, proposals, contract documents, including but not limited to RFPs/RFIs

• Read, analyze, and interpret general business documents (terms and conditions, technical procedures).

• Ensure compliance and consistency with business policy and procedures as it relates to preparing and documenting paperwork
