Production Control Supervisor

Production Control Supervisor needs 2+ years’ experience
Production Control Supervisor requires;
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.
 Previous experience in production control, quality control, or a similar role is preferred.
 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
 Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.
 Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Production Control Supervisor duties:
 Review and reconcile batch totals to system totals, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
 Perform daily quality control audits of various reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
 Oversee and monitor the schedule and quality control of daily notice mailings, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
 Administer the refund Program, including processing refund requests and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
 Complete imaging, corrections, and quality control of handwritten citations to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
