Clinical Recruiter needs 4 years’ corporate environment experience

Clinical Recruiter requires:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

• Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment. Experience

• 3 years - Experience in Human Resources required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment.

• Clinical recruitment experience.

Clinical Recruiter duties:

• Assist in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.

• Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques
