IT Desktop Support Analyst needs 3 years’ IT Desktop support experience

IT Desktop Support Analyst requires:

 OnSite 5 days a week.

 3 years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.

 Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.

 Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.

 Possible OT required for this job (Afterhours and Weekends).

 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

IT Desktop Support Analyst duties:

 Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email as appropriate.

 Dedicated C-Suite support New York office.

 Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

 Perform user administration duties.
