French/English Customer Rep needs 1+ years’ experience

French/English Customer Rep requires:

• French, English

• Customer service

• Call center

• Work hours: M-F 11:00am – 7:15pm & Training is (9am – 5pm) for 2 weeks (35 hours a week)

• Hybrid, start remote, then onsite

• LAN connected

• SAP

• Optical industry

French/English Customer Rep duties:

• Answer high volume of calls

• Resolves customer complaints, troubleshoots issues to determine best path for resolution. • Correctly documents customer interactions and tracks call types.

• Maintains support service levels
