Understanding of employee life cycle, employee relations experience

HR Business Partner Generalist duties:

Providing employee and manager support to answer HR questions

• Coordinate EE engagement committee

• Post open positions; supporting recruitment

• Provide weekly onboarding

• Manage Employee Relations issues

• Assist with offboarding employees; partnering to reduce turnover
