Mail Room Clerk needs to be reliable, punctual

Mail Room Clerk requires:

 High school diploma or equivalent

 Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office

 Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation

 Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED

 Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening

 Must have valid license to drive courier vehicle

 Be able to lift up to 40 lbs

Mail Room Clerk duties:

 ?prepare, compile and sort documents for data entr

 check claims documents for accuracy

 combine and rearrange data from source documents where required

 enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms

 transcribe information into the required electronic forma

 scan documents into document management systems or databases=

 store completed documents in designated locations

 maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks

 comply with data integrity and security policies
