Remote Implementation Coordinator needs Sales Force, Smartsheet and SAP FIT
Remote Implementation Coordinator requires:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or life science preferred.
An interest in project management, commercial operations, and working in a healthcare environment.
Must have strong attention to detail, organization, and excellent follow through.
Demonstrated skills in Collaboration, Driving Results, and Customer Focus.
Experience in working within complex software including Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required.
Remote Implementation Coordinator duties:
Create a project detail package and Menu Confirmation in Initial Order Tool to be provided to Project Manager.
Provide tracking of installation and initial orders to address backordered products appropriately.
Complete Project Closure activities to include start-up credit submission, analyzer removal tasks and project closure communication.
Support the Project Managers in their delivery of business objectives and an exceptional experience to Company's customers.
