Remote Implementation Coordinator needs Sales Force, Smartsheet and SAP FIT

Remote Implementation Coordinator requires:

 Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or life science preferred.

 An interest in project management, commercial operations, and working in a healthcare environment.

 Must have strong attention to detail, organization, and excellent follow through.

 Demonstrated skills in Collaboration, Driving Results, and Customer Focus.

 Experience in working within complex software including Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required.

Remote Implementation Coordinator duties:

 Create a project detail package and Menu Confirmation in Initial Order Tool to be provided to Project Manager.

 Provide tracking of installation and initial orders to address backordered products appropriately.

 Complete Project Closure activities to include start-up credit submission, analyzer removal tasks and project closure communication.

 Support the Project Managers in their delivery of business objectives and an exceptional experience to Company's customers.
