Talent Acquisition Specialist III duties:

• Communicates with hiring manager to review approved requisitions for volume recruitment to determine business need, role requirements and time to fill commitments.

• Assists with the advertising of job openings using a variety of sources appropriate to the role in support of obtaining a diverse qualified slate of candidates

• Assists with the advertising of job openings using a variety of sources appropriate to the role in support of obtaining a diverse qualified slate of candidates.

• Reviews applications against role requirements to recommend potential pool of qualified candidates.
