Server Engineer

Server Engineer needs 6+ years’ experience

Server Engineer requires:

• On-call rotations 12-hour shift during day for a week at a time.

• Expertise in VMware virtualization, DELL computer hardware

• Performance monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Active Directory administration

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both customers and cybersecurity partners.

Server Engineer duties:

• Implement network design and security requirements based on business strategies and requirements.

• Meets with the stakeholders to gather data about the business needs of a project

• Work with the Sr. Network Engineer developing requirements for LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, routers, switches, firewalls, and related security and network devices.

• Implement network technologies meeting best practices in security and network design.

• Configure, install and troubleshoot new and existing infrastructure to support the enterprise.

• Escalate technical troubleshooting issues
