Senior Bank Clerk needs experience verifying customer documents and record results of findings specifically, Certification of Trust documents

Senior Bank Clerk requires:

• Expert Excel

• MS Office

• Typing

• Banking

• Familiarity with Trust Account Ownership Concepts (Grantors, Trustees, Beneficiaries)

• Requires attention to detail, ability to read English, above average typing skills, basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel,

• Ability to work with and protect sensitive customer information and ability to concentrate and work via a computer screen for an extended period of time.

Senior Bank Clerk duties:

• Verify customer documents and record results of findings, specifically, Certification of Trust

• Documents will be retrieved and reviewed within the OnBase application to record grantor and trustee information.

• Results of the Certification of Trust review will be compared against expected results, per proper account opening procedures.

• Findings will be recorded in an Excel spreadsheet.

• Involves sitting at a desk for long periods of time, and continuous review of documents digitally (on a screen).
