Accounting Clerk needs 1+ years’ experience
Accounting Clerk requires:
• Credit, debit understanding
• GL entries, recon
• Payments
• Clear understanding of Debits/Credits and lower Intermediate Excel experience (Sorting, Filtering, Export)
Accounting Clerk duties:
• Research and Analysis of Payments in Process GL
• Associate to populate entry fields for POD item
• Review documents to confirm data, comparing system entries, match removes and open item key fixes.
• Resolve outstanding items will be submitted daily for clearing of GL.
• Prioritizing aged items/amounts.
• Back-office and field communication.
