ServiceNow Systems Administrator needs 5+ years’ ServiceNow platform experience.

ServiceNow Systems Administrator requires:

• Four (4) or more years of experience as a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.

• Three (3) or more years of experience as a Certified Professional Application Developer or a Certified Professional Implementer.

• Experience in ServiceNow Platform Implementation.

• Experience in ServiceNow Management, Instrumentation, and Discovery (MID) Server.

• Experience with configuring, managing, and supporting ServiceNow Configuration Management Database modules, which include Discovery, various integration tools, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Service Mapping.

• Experience in configuring, managing, and supporting custom widgets, Flow Design, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow’s Employee Center.

• Knowledge and ability to work with Glide Ajax scriptin

• Possess a valid ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification.

• Possess a valid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.

• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles and best practices.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow’s Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) configuration, management, support, and best practices.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) configurations, management, support, and best practices.

• Experience with administering Windows servers.

• Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.

• Knowledge of best practices and implementation using multiple companies/agencies within the same instances of ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow’s Governance Risk and Compliance configuration, management, support, and best practices. and

• Knowledge of ServiceNow’s Performance Analytics configuration, management, support, and best practices.

ServiceNow Systems Administrator duties:

• Act as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
