Snr Administrative Assistant needs 5+ years’ experience

Snr Administrative Assistant requires:

 MS Office proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access,

 NetMeeting and Outlook

 Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral

 Good multi-tasking skills; Self-starter w/good organizational skills

 Possess discretion and confidentiality

Snr Administrative Assistant duties:

 Coordinate client visits

 Coordinate new hire orientations

 Assist with scheduling candidates for interviews

 Assist with record keeping

 Host meetings

 Other duties as assigned
