Substance Use Disorder Clinical Pharmacist needs (3) years of experience in supporting formulary, PA, benefits design, and clinical information
Substance Use Disorder Clinical Pharmacist requires:
• Hybrid 3 days in 2 off
• Three (3) years of experience in supporting formulary, PA, benefits design, and clinical information.
• Pharm.D with current active Pharmacist license in Maryland (or shall be acquired within 6 months of Contract effective date).
• Previous experience in PRO and RETRO-DUR.
• Knowledge of clinical pharmacy and drug products information to support plan benefit design.
• Specialized training in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) medications.

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Previous experience in supporting Call Center PA Functionality and development.

Substance Use Disorder Clinical Pharmacist duties:
 Oversee clinical services related to SUD medications and to consult and make recommendations to Prescribers when necessary.
 Must be 100% dedicated to the Contract.
 Must be located at Contractor’s Local Facility.
