Jr Change Management Manager requires:

 Change management

 Project management

 ERP implementation is a plus

 Prosci certified is a plus

 Change exp outside of IT will work (ex: retail)

 Tech implementation exp is a plus

Jr Change Management Manager duties:

 Conduct needs assessments to design change management processes and interventions.

 Provide administration and analysis of surveys and focus groups.

 Deliver feedback on analysis to teams as requested.

 Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance client engagements.

 Provide change management training as needed
