Cell Biologist needs 3+ years’ experience

Cell Biologist requires:

• Bachelors’ degree with 2+ years of work experience in academia or industry.

• iPsc

• Disease models

• Molecular, cell biology

• Assay development in cell lines

• Primary neurons

• Neuroscience background

• AAVs

• Cell culture

Cell Biologist duties:

• Support cell culture platform work including iPSC-derived cells.

• Perform molecular biology and cell biology assays including DNA/RNA extraction, qRT-PCR, ELISA.

• Help manage in vivo studies conducted with CROs, and with academic collaborators, including shipment coordination and sample inventory management

• Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks, write study reports, and present data to the team

• Critically assess data generated from diverse experimental approaches in cell and molecular biology. •
