Technical Service Rep needs 2+ years’ experience

Technical Service Rep requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field or certificate in college degree in trades

• French asset

• Web based program

• MS Office

• Technical , mechanical attitude; hands on experience

• Technical training on site

• Home internet service

Technical Service Rep duties:

• Provide customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our adhesives products and solutions through our technical helpline.

• Provide timely support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.

• Visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use, while identifying potential leads.

• This position provides an entry into the world of adhesives - staff in this role are highly regarded as experts in the adhesive world
