Remote Bank Contracts Project Mgr duties:

 Structure and negotiate vendor contracts that have strategic importance to the Bank.

 Acts as trusted advisor to internal business partners and supports short and long-term road maps.

 Maintains a strong knowledge of market trends in order to structure and negotiate a wide range of contract types such as software, services, staffing, consulting, and outsourcing.

 May lead internal, ad-hoc sourcing projects.

 Manage business support, sourcing, contract structuring and negotiation, collaboration with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and contract price negotiations as well as other sourcing activities.

 Leads projects for strategic Bank initiatives that may involve multiple vendors. Provides analysis, action plans, and cost containment strategies. Supports project timeline and expectations through a variety of tasks that enable project success.

 Manages enterprise vendor relationships including the establishment of ongoing requirements and action plans for cost containment and vendor road mapping.


