MS Teams Deployment Engineer needs 6+ years’ solution engineering experience
MS Teams Deployment Engineer requires:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ø MS Teams - Engineer who knows the ins and outs of meeting rooms
Ø Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment.
Ø Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies.
Ø Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management)
Ø Agile
Ø Audio Visual experience
Ø Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate).
Ø Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security
Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ø Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ø Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ø Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
MS Teams Deployment Engineer duties:
Ø Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides.
Ø Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
Ø Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ø Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently..
Ø deploying MS Teams globally; refreshing meeting room technology and replacing with Teams
Ø Work with third party vendor as well
Ø Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management)
Ø Point of contact for team when the business is in the stage of designing the meeting room
Ø Work with the audio visual suppliers providing equipment for the meeting rooms
