Cash Claims Processor requires:

• Knows vision or insurance benefits

• SAP

• Knows 3rd Party benefits and administration

• Knows continuous improvement methods

• Word, Excel

• Customer service

Familiar with mainframe computers, general systems (AS 400)

Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Cash Claims Processor duties:

• Cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, including charging payments made by credit card, other adjustments to customer accounts for credits/debits and account write-offs

Research insurance claim payments in the AS/400 to identify correct claim based on customer information, date of service and service/material

Process transactions – apply cash, member bills, resubmit invoices, write-offs
