Regulatory Affairs Specialist needs 1+ years’ experience

Regulatory Affairs Specialist requires:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology or related field. Experience in professional level position in business.

• Experience with OSHA/TSCA/RCRA/Export regulations desirable.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while effectively communicating status to senior staff. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent Computer Skills.

Regulatory Affairs Specialist duties:

• Ensure that customers and employees are fully informed about the health and safety characteristics of our products and raw materials

• Prepare and provide product Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and label warning statements in compliance with all appropriate regulations and in a timely manner.

• Provide timely assessments of developmental materials, including chemical materials and formulations, in order to assure that their health and safety,
