Administrative Clerk needs 3+ years’ experience

Administrative Clerk requires:

• High school diploma.

• Proficient with Excel and Outlook

  • HVAC industry
  • Services industry

• Ability to work independently.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly.

• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.

Administrative Clerk duties:

• Review expired quotes within an existing database to determine what actions are needed.

• Correspond with quote owners to confirm if valid or expired.

• Refresh quote pricing and submit back through approvals.

• Send quotes directly to the customer or to the internal person who is responsible for sending the quote.
