Bilingual French/Eng Customer Service Rep requires:

 Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or College Degree in Trades

• Technical or mechanical aptitude/Hands-on experience preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential

• Strong customer related communications and interpersonal skills necessary

• Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and web-based programs

• Good home internet connection

• French language an asset

Bilingual French/Eng Customer Service Rep duties:

 Provide customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our adhesives products and solutions through our technical helpline.

 Provide timely support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.

 Visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use, while identifying potential leads.
