Change Management Consultant needs 10 years of experience in execution of organization transformation

Change Management Consultant requires:

• Hybrid

• Large-scale, global transformation projects, preferably within the finance sector.

• Management consulting background preferred.

• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Work effectively in a complex global communications landscape and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong content-production and technology skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint), intranet and content-management systems, email distribution tools, etc.

• Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.

• Hands-on expertise in specific domains of change management, communication, and training preferred, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Change Management Consultant duties:

• Act as the change management and communications lead for the Global Finance Transformation program and other initiatives as they develop.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the global finance transformation project.

• Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and resistance, and develop mitigation plans.

• Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of change readiness and resilience.

• Monitor and report on change management activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

• Collaborate with other teams driving projects that may impact the Finance Transformation to coordinate the collective change impacts
