Associate Recruiter needs 1-2 years’ talent acquisition experience

Associate Recruiter requires:

 Degree or equivalent work experience required.

 Talent acquisition experience required

 Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for positions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred.

Campus recruiting

 Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

 Work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

 Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon time frames through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

Associate Recruiter duties:

 Manage, and maintain all reports to support the Talent Acquisition team as well as additional ad hoc reports that are requested.

 Facilitate new hire orientations while providing high quality on-boarding experiences

 Coordinate the internal recruitment process for as needed to ensure internal candidates receive a first-in-class experience.

 Support various ad hoc projects and initiatives.
