Bank Operations Clerk requires:

• Microsoft Office Suite; Word and Outlook

• Data entry

• Customer service

• Word processing.

Bank Operations Clerk duties:

• Review and process incoming documents received by mail, email and fax into the system, scanned and uploaded

• Responsible for opening and assigning case(s) to a remote specialist

• Review customer accounts and performs necessary maintenance when required

• Prepare documents to be returned to customers and for internal record keeping for completed cases
