• Degree in a related field, such as education, social work, communications, general studies, or a comparable discipline.
• Familiarity with undergraduate residential housing or prior experience working on a college campus.
• Commercial, residential real estate
• Experience supervising full-time, benefit-eligible staff.
• Experience serving in an on-call capacity within a university housing setting, with responsibilities such as addressing facility-related concerns, responding to student mental health needs, or managing conduct-related issues.
• Familiarity with housing databases (e.g., StarRez) or conduct management systems (e.g., Maxient).
