Pharmaceutical Recruiter duties:

• Develop a deep understanding of each division's business objectives and priorities across Lilly’s Manufacturing Operations.

• Consult with hiring managers and business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisition.

• Partner with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy for each requirement, setting and managing expectations.

• Proactively generate a strong pipeline of potential candidates for open & future vacancies.

• Conduct data mining, targeted searches, and outreach to various resources to source potential candidates, including head-hunting.
