Temp Admin Assistant needs 1+ years’ experience

Temp Admin Assistant requires:

• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

• Must be extremely organized and have high attention to detail

• Good communication skills

Temp Admin Assistant duties:

 • Transition documents to the appropriate Word template

 • Create Forms / Update Tables as needed for the Document Control Program

 • Maintain Excel logs of activities performed

 • Store/Save documents in Word, Excel, and PDF formats

 • Utilize Adobe Acrobat Pro to create PDFs and prepare forms
