Technical Support Rep needs 1+ years' experience
Technical Support Rep requires:
• Remote needs to be in Mason, OH
• Tech support, helpdesk
• Rotating weekend (Saturday and Sunday) – 40 hour work week
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM shift or the 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM shift
• Equipment pickup
• Flexible
• LAN, Ethernet not WIFI
• Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity)
• Basic Hardware and software application
•
Technical Support Rep duties:
• Trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations (standard CPU and laptop)
