3D Printing Quality control tech needs 2+ years’ in a professional, manufacturing, or laboratory setting
3D Printing Quality control tech requires:
High school diploma or GED
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
Be able to safely work with chemicals in a laboratory and manufacturing environment
Preferred: Associates degree in sciences or some college coursework
Knowledge of basic laboratory practices
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
3D Printing Quality control tech duties:
Responsible for quality control within a manufacturing facility
Monitor equipment performance by completing routine standards checks
Perform incoming inspections of raw materials shipments and property data
File, maintain, and appropriately dispose of raw material, quality retain, and finished product inventories
Comply with weekly 5S standards including sweeping, mopping, organizing, and trash removal.
