Part time Retail Marketing Coordinator requires:

• 1-2 years retail marketing experience; in-house or agency

• Calendar management; Budget maintenance

• 20 hours with potential of additional hours

• MS Office , Excel, PowerPoint

• Calendar management; Budget maintenance

• Digital marketing

• Specialty brand environment

• Project & Traffic Management/ coordination

• Invoice & Budget tracking

• Comfortable in a high-volume output role

• Creative development

• Basic copywriting

• MS 365

Part time Retail Marketing Coordinator duties:

• Participate in several weekly meeting to communicate project deliverable status and calendar adjustments

• Manage the content calendar and communicate to internal partners for planning, alignment and store communications

• Submit invoices for freelance creative and track payment status

• Provide weekly status reports to Marketing Director
