Admin Sales Proposal Support needs 1 year business experience

Admin Sales Proposal Support requires:

 Local Hybrid: 3x a week in Mason OH after training

 1 year business experience

 Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite

 Grammar/spelling accuracy

 Strong organizational/time management skills

Preferred:

 Sales support and/or marketing experience

 Experience in project management and business operations

 Experience writing business communications

 Customer/client support experience

 Knowledge of benefits industry

 Technical writing experience

 Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Pro

Admin Sales Proposal Support duties:

 Populate standard broker RFPs by utilizing templated responses.

 Organize incoming RFPs.

 Run geo accesses reports and request customized reporting from through sales software or the geo team.

 Run additional client-specific reports, using group censuses.

 Submit new and renewal standard Performance Guarantee packages through sales software.
