Research Development Tech

Research Development Tech needs 2+ years of industrial laboratory experience.

Research Development Tech requires:

• 2-year or 4-year degree from college or technical school in a chemical or life-science related field; or equivalent job experience in an industrial laboratory environment.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Possess strong computer skills and ability to interpret data and trends.

Research Development Tech duties:

• Assist in the design of experiments, conduct those experiments independently and collect, summarize, and present the resulting data. •

• Preparation and evaluation of coating formulations including electro-coat, primer, topcoat and clear coat using mixing equipment and various spray equipment.

• Willingness to train and become proficient in application equipment to spray coating formulations on test substrates.

• Accurately run and record test results for all coatings formulations
